PROBLEM IN PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT AT THE FACTORY

- The production department cannot integrate information with the sales department, resulting in the failure to inherit customer order information to build plans and work orders.

- The production process in stages cannot update the results, leading to the failure to track the productivity, the progress of the production teams as well as the progress of each order.

- Failure to manage the progress of each order leads to many orders being delayed, customers are not satisfied

- QC staff take time in checking, monitoring and analyzing defective products (error in which process, who is responsible, fault classification)
